Bio

Reyes J. Vivas is partner and CEO of RITS USA, LLC, a company that exports industrial and medical products to South America. Its main suppliers are from USA, Asia and Europe. Previously, he worked as a Public Assets Department Director in the Secretary of Finance of Venezuela, as Research and Development Manager in a Venezuelan Consulting Group, and as a Process Engineer in International and Venezuela Oil Companies. He also has been consultant in several companies about the strategic planning implementation process.

Reyes J. Vivas has been Visiting Professor of Doctorate and Master of Management and Business Administration programs, has coached graduate student master thesis and doctorate dissertations in Venezuelan universities. He has been Instructor of management training programs for executive professionals about Corporate Planning, General Management, and Marketing Strategies. He is the creator and Instructor of the Executive Program "Computer Simulation of Business Management".

Dr. Vivas has been Conference Speaker about management topics such as Strategies for declining business, Strategic Management, and Corporate and Marketing Strategies, in France, Belgium, Canada and Venezuela. He was also Research Associate and Professor of International Business Management, Corporate Strategies, General Management, and Creation of enterprises at Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales (ESSEC), Graduate School of Management, France. He has published some articles in reviews such as Management Science, Strategic Management Journal (USA) and Revue Française de Gestion (France).
